The last two pages of the Commissioner for Complaints Report CC19/78, 12 and 13, were changed from being in my favour to being against me just before the Report was issued.
Pages 1, 12 and 13, are of a different shade of green paper from all the rest of the pages of the Commissioner for Complaints Report CC 19/78.
Pages 1 to 11 inclusive, are typed on the same typewriter. Pages 12 and 13 are typed on an older or worn typewriter.
I am preparing details of how the text of pages 12 and 13 differs from the text of the rest of the pages in this Report.
If you copy each page and paste it into your Word processor, enlarge it and save it, and look carefully at the text in pages 12 and 13 and compare it with the text in the rest of the pages of the Report you should be able to see the differences in the text.
Another most remarkable event happened some years later involving the same Commissioner for Complaints office. Down District Council's Chief Building Control Inspector was sacked from his top post in 1984 following a Government investigation into his misconduct but the detail of this sacking was kept from the media. He wasn't even prosecuted for his criminal activity. I did nothing wrong yet I was prosecuted and now have a criminal record number. He even took Down District Council to the same Commissioner for Complaints office for some problem as a result of his sacking. This man, who was directly involved in a substantial part of this shocking fraud actually won his case against Down District Council and won £1000.00 from Down District Council. The Commissioner actually found Down District Council guilty of maladministration in its dealings with this man. Yet when I complained to the Commissioner for Complaints Office about my suffering as a result of what was going on in Down District Council, which included the misconduct of this man and the misconduct of this Council's Environmental Health Inspectors, the Commissioner found that I did not suffer as a result of this man's misconduct, the misconduct of this Council's Environmental Health Inspectors or that of Down District Council who covered up for both. It is a truism that the truth is stranger than fiction.
